About Cr3ation Fitness

By the time you have found me, you may be in a place where you feel like your body is broken and there is little hope that it will ever be able to meet the needs and demands of your everyday life. You may have spent years on different diets and rigorous exercise programs hoping that will be the change that makes the difference.

What I’ve seen in my many years as a coach and trainer is that uncovering the underlying cause takes a little detective work. Together we can learn what the body is actually saying, what a nervous system looks like in overdrive, what is triggering an autoimmune condition, or even what a restriction or pain in one part of the body points to. Once we know the underlying cause, you will find solving these issues is actually the key to making strides toward what a healthy lifestyle looks like for you.

You need a customized approach

Movement and nutrition personalization, daily accountability, detox integrations, and check-ins to see how your body is responding, is a large part of the process I use with my clients. This leaves you empowered to adjust your movement routines and eating habits to match what your body needs to thrive. That’s why customization is a part of my programs.

While every woman comes in with a unique set of circumstances, desires, and needs within the body, the core of the matter is always the same: helping you find health routines that bring you the freedom to work with your body to do the things you love

My signature method

I believe that there are three pillars you need to address when restoring health and wellness in your body. When we address all three, your body can recover, grow stronger and thrive.

  • “I love the workouts, I’ve seen the definition already, and I don’t feel as bloated.”

    Abbey

  • “I can run at least 40 minutes without pelvic pain, I lost 5 pounds, feel and look more toned, and I feel stronger. I also learned to incorporate different types of exercises for strength and cardio training.”

    C

  • “My goal was to do the program 3-4 times a week and feel stronger at the end. I feel stronger and more stable, and I’m less achy at the end of the day.”

    Courtney

  • “I was worried it would be difficult to push me via a zoom call and that the programs wouldn’t be challenging enough, but the program gets harder each session. I am already feeling stronger and supported.”

    Heather

  • “The workouts are manageable and I can see the results. I have less lower back pain and I feel stronger.”

More about Michelle

As a long time athlete, mom of two, and avid learner, I am on a pursuit to understand the body as a whole. Often exercise and nutrition are mere surface-level answers to the more intricate and complex nature of the body.

I grew up pounding my body into the ground and pushing aside what it was trying to tell me. After many years of doing that, my body started to fail me. I was bouncing from one injury to another, constantly lacking energy, and always sick.

This is what initially started a pursuit of looking deeper, because I was doing everything "right," and yet my body wasn't healing, losing weight, or increasing in energy. It led me to complete not only multiple movement certifications, but brain-based-training and lymphatic certifications as well.

During this process, I became a mom and realized that I didn't have to live by the standard "hour in the gym" anymore. There were seasons where my kids were the weight I used because I couldn't put them down or seasons where I did some strength work on our walks with a stroller. There were also times where I only had 20 minutes to myself and I needed something I could work hard for and move on with my day. It's why I'm so adamant about giving you a fitness program and schedule that works for each and every season you experience.
